Spend the 'Firsts' with us in Olde Towne and dine in one of our exceptional restaurants, browse through our world class art galleries, antique shops and unique stores located on High Street with five different museums close by. Olde Towne Portsmouth, it's the perfect place to shop, dine, and have fun the First Friday, Saturday & Sunday of each month. 
"First Friday" is a stage for local galleries in Portsmouth's Olde Towne and one of the city's most popular evening escapes. Held the first Friday of each month, Olde Towne Portsmouth's thriving arts & antiques community opens its doors along High Street where crowds of casual browsers as well as serious buyers come to each festive event, with galleries, antique shops and specialty stores open until 8pm, some host receptions and exhibition openings. 
"First Saturday" Visit the Olde Towne Portsmouth Antiques to Flea Market the first Saturday of each month and hunt through the huge collection of antique to flea wares. More than 100 dealers and vendors offer a great selection of antique and estate furniture, art, decorative accessories and flea market items in the Middle Street Garage, corner of Middle & London streets. Gates open at 10 a.m. and close at 2 p.m. Also enjoy FREE admission to the Lightship Museum and  the Naval Shipyard Museum, which offers activities February through October.
"First Sunday" - Take advantage of the FREE admission to the Courthouse Galleries art museum!
