Meetings
The Portsmouth Visitors Center will provide a number of services to help take the stress out of meeting and conference planning. These services include:
- A complimentary Portsmouth information table is available. The Visitors Center can set up a table with literature on Portsmouth's attractions. The table can be staffed with a friendly face for a fee per hour with a three hour minimum (30-day notice is required).
- Registration assistance is available for a fee per hour with a three-hour minimum. Our staff can assist you with registration needs by putting together information packets, directing guests, or passing out convention materials (30-day notice is required).
- Portsmouth plastic registration bags can be provided to groups. Quantities vary so please contact the Visitors Center at least two months in advance for price listings and availability.
